Our Roots
1980 - 1994
CAPSCO founded, creators of CAPSIL and INGENIUM software, marketed and sold to various Life Insurance companies around the world.
1994 - 1997
CAPSCO renamed to SOLCORP and CAPSIL re-branded to INGENIUM.
1997 - 2001
SOLCORP acquired by Electronic Data Systems (EDS), operates as SOLCORP an EDS Company. also Development of PathFinder under taken to provide rich web based user interface, workflow and integration layer on top of INGENIUM
2001 - 2009
EDS acquires ProductXpress the rules based calculation engine, SOLCORP also merged into EDS Financial Services.
2009 - 2013
HP acquires EDS, old SOLCORP business merged into HP Insurance Services. Many resources take early retirement packages, move to other companies, or begin contracting on their own
2013 - Present
XSOLCORP founded to service the INGENIUM customer base. The goal to consolidate all the ex-SOLCORP resources to provide the best possible service to clients with those resources who know the system best.
